Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai – 400 080. As per the agenda, among the routine matters outlined for the AGM are the review of Financial Statement & Auditor's Report and the appointment of Directors. Among the special business to be conducted at the AGM rank the appointment of Mrs. Anita Suman Pirgal as Director of the company in addition to other key issues like enhancement of authorized and subscribed capital of the company.
