The Investor Cell of Aakruti Group launched its maiden event - Realty Investor Forum on Saturday, 7th April 2007 at Jolly Gymkhana, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The event was elaborately organized and well-represented with leading lights from the Indian Real Estate sector including Key Note Speaker Shri Pranay Vakil, M.D. of Knight Frank, India .

Mr Pranay Vakil stole the show and won many hearts by speaking in Gujarati. As part of his address, Mr Vakil offered the gathering a number of priceless insights and insider-news on what is happening on the Indian real estate scenario. He stressed on the significance of an "informed investment decision" on part of investors attributing success to investor education, developer reputation and availability of projects that had a strong future. A SWOT analysis of the group, in his words, would prove that all the three elements are to be found existing in harmony in projects that belong to the Aakruti Group. Shri Vakil closed his address with a short profile of his company, Knight Frank and its achievements in Indian Real Estate. Following this, Shri Vakil joined Guest Speaker and Ace Success Trainer Mr. Santosh Nair in a gala launch of this newsletter - PARADIGM, which was formally inaugurated on this day.

The inauguration was followed by a peppy talk by Mr Santosh Nair - where he explained the meaning of the words PARADIGM. Describing the word as a stage - where one breaks all past limitations and moves forward to the next level - Mr Nair congratulated the gathering for its winning decision to participate and join in the Realty Investor Forum as a decision that will hold them in good stead for years to come.
